TRB’s Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP) Synthesis 82: Transit Fare Arrangements for Public Employees explores the state of the practice for transit agencies in terms of fare arrangements for public employees. The report examines issues such as leadership of the program; barriers, obstacles, and constraints; administrative procedures; implementation; lessons learned; cost, financing, and pricing; and program evaluation.
