94 State Agency Survey A P P E N D I X B NCHRP Synthesis Project 20-05, Topic 50-05 Incorporating Access Management into Local Ordinances Introduction: Please take a moment to answer this short survey for the National Cooperative Highway Research Program. It enlists your help in identifying local governments in your state that are engaged in access management, as well as examples of effective strategies for state and local coordination on access management issues. If you are not the appropriate person at your agency to complete this questionnaire, please forward it to the correct person. If needed to complete your responses, please get input from representatives in your field or District offices prior to submitting. Your responses are requested by January 21, 2019. Directions: This questionnaire should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be saved automatically in your internet browser.
