He has authored or coauthored more than 100 technical papers and 5 books in the last 14 years on advanced transportation tech nologies and energy and environmental aspects of transportation, and he was a principal contributor to a 1993 Organization for Economic Coop eration and Development book on alternative fuels and a 1994 Interna tional Agency book on electric vehicles.
