A rough participant brief can include • Developing a position statement that defines how their division understands sustainability in the broader context of their agency; • Identifying five goals, 10 objectives, and up to 15 performance measures using the recommended goals and the electronic compendium of objectives and measures as a starting point; and • Discussing applications of the performance measures and data sources for their quantification.
