To achieve this, the CTSA Program should reshape its goals to reflect its new location within NCATS; build on the work of individual CTSAs to provide institutional leadership; focus on teambased education and training; and establish a national network that will accelerate the development of new diagnostics, therapeutics, and preventive interventions and, at the same time, drive innovation in clinical and translational research methods, processes, tools, and resources.
