Cozzens is vice provost for Graduate Education and Faculty Affairs at the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a professor of public policy and director of the Technology Policy and Assessment Center. Her research interests are in science, technology, and innovation policies, with an emphasis on issues of equity, equality, and development.
