Summary 3 As outlined in Figure 1, Part 2 contains a series of chapters focused on establishing, building and maintaining communicative relationships between tribes and states, establishing an effective crash data collection system, creating a state-tribe crash data sharing system, and improving tribal traffic safety using the crash data. At the end of each chapter in Part 2, case studies are included, which can be useful to provide practical information to tribes and states during the process of implementing an effective tribal crash reporting system.
