65 This Appendix addresses issues associated with the establishment of an agency's forensic investigation protocol. The issues covered are required to ensure that forensic investigations are performed appropriately and systematically and results are reported in a consistent manner throughout an agency to support appropriate changes to guidelines, manuals, specifications, current practices, and to eliminate the recurrence of problems.
