40 C h a p t e r 4 Data acquisition and preparation The locations selected for analyses of site-based video data were two freeway segments on westbound Interstate 94 near downtown Minneapolis. One is approximately 500 ft long, located between Minnesota State Highway 65 and Portland Avenue, and the other is approximately 600 ft long, located between Portland Avenue and Park Avenue South.
