Workshop presentation and discussion topics may include • how industry, as well as government, philanthropy, civil society, and other sectors that engage in global health partnerships, defines value; • how the definition of value varies across and within different sectors and for different global health issue areas; • what expertise, resources, and assets different sectors can bring to partnerships; • what approaches may create enabling environments for global health investments; • which innovative models may engage new stakeholders in global health partnerships; • what challenges and barriers exist for multi-sectoral engagement and col laboration in global health; and • what strategies exist to manage conflicts of interest for global health partnerships. The workshop will not attempt a comprehensive mapping of value proposi tion for different sectors or health issues, but it will address variations across sec tors and health areas at a high level and illuminate variation through examples.
