In August 2019, the committee commissioned MyVoice to conduct a poll of its sample on what it means for youth to thrive. The original questions were workshopped and piloted with a group of adolescents on the MyVoice leadership team, who suggested using the phrase "live your best life" as a synonym for thrive.
