Introduction to the Guidebook 5 Guidebook were based on information obtained through the interviews, while the sample costs are based on a mix of information from interviews and the literature. Representatives from a total of 26 airports and airport authorities were interviewed for this project, including 23 commercial service airports and three general aviation airports.
