An interview protocol specifically focused on STAs was developed based on the literature review, data from the survey questionnaire responses and internal discussions with the project team.

150 Improvements to Training and Certification Four interviewed STAs mentioned the need to differentiate between training and certifications for new hires as opposed to re-certifications required for existing personnel. Differentiating the training and certifications/re-certifications would allow a more targeted and efficient training for both groups.
