... The command should have a single operations center providing visibility of all ashore and afloat networks used by the Navy. The commander should also serve as the community manager for the entire cadre of information operations specialists, both officer and enlisted, including personnel now in each of the following commands: Commander Naval Security Group Command, Commander Naval Space Command, Commander Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, and so on as shown in Figure F.1.
