CONNECTIONS TO THE BROADER COMMUNITY ⢠Does the project plan reflect a broad understanding of the underlying science and of comparable work being done within other ARL units and within the Department of Defense, as well as in industry, academia, and other federal laboratories? ⢠Does the project build appropriately on work already done elsewhere?
