Table J-1 displays the wide array of provisions in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) directing funds, opportunities, and requirements toward subnational entities, and capacity and resource dimensions that funding agencies, applicants, and recipients will need to consider.
